Routine Inspection & CPP Maintenance

Our overhaul services also covers controllable pitch propeller (CPP) systems. Just like for bow, stern, and azimuth thrusters, we begin with routine inspections. We will dismantle the propeller, as well as the crank disc, sliding, and piston rod.

Maintenance of the CPP hub and recondition

Once everything has been checked and measured thoroughly, we perform maintenance of the controllable pitch propeller (CPP) hub and recondition all elements that require it before reassembling the system.
